About Vrtrum

Vrtrum is Lakewood’s premier neighborhood pop-up shop, dedicated to supporting local vendors and creating a vibrant shopping experience for the community. Our mission is to provide a platform where small businesses can thrive and connect with their customers in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Our New Full-Week Pop-Up Shop Model

We are excited to introduce a new format that allows vendors to showcase their products for an entire week, from Monday to Saturday. This model provides extended exposure and increased sales opportunities, all while maintaining the personal touch that Vrtrum is known for.

How It Works

Step 1: Apply & Register

  • Choose your participation option and submit your application.

  • Once accepted, fulfill the vendor agreement and pay the entry fee.

Step 2: Deliver Your Products

  • Deliver your goods and products to Vrtrum between Monday and Wednesday before the event.

  • Provide an inventory list for review and sign-off.

Step 4: Sales & Workshops

  • Your products will be available for sale from Monday to Saturday.

  • Host a workshop/event on a evening Monday through Friday (this can be a ticketed event).

Step 5: Payout and Pickup

  • Receive your sales payout within 7 days after the event.

  • Pick up any remaining products the following Monday.

Step 3: Vrtrum Sets Up

  • Our team will set up your products in an attractive display.

  • Enjoy the benefits of professional presentation and marketing.

Vendor Participation Options

Display Vendor

  • Entry Fee: $50

  • Commission: 25% on all sales

  • No Presence Required: Vrtrum will handle all sales and customer interactions.

  • Includes: Professional product setup, inventory management, and marketing support

Food, Drink or Service Vendor (Saturday Participation Only) 

  • $50: Saturday Booth Participation

  • $100: Includes 8 photos and a voiceover video

  • $150: Includes 12 photos, a promo video, and a newsletter highlight

Evening Workshop/Event

  • Rate: $50 per hour, 2-hour minimum

  • Add-On: $75 for 12 photos and a 30-second recap video

  • Promotion: We market and promote the event

  • Ticket Sales: Vendors can charge for tickets but are responsible for processing payments

  • No Commission: No commission collected during the workshop/event
